Refund and Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you received a purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return/refund, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
  • In some cases, you might be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). 
  • If you receive a damaged item(s) it should be returned before we can issue a refund. 

All shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Our policy does not cover theft cases.
f the order is proven to be delivered, but you still cannot find it – a theft might have had a place.
Unfortunately, in this case, we will not be able to offer you a refund or send the item(s) once again.

In your email, request the return for a refund or item(s) exchange. If there were multiple items in your order, specify the item(s) you want to return by title or SKU number.
Within two business days, you will receive an email with the return address of the closest fulfilment centre and the return shipping label (if applicable).

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within two business days. A refund will be applied to your credit card or other original payment methods. Please note that we do not control the speed of funds transfer. In most cases, it is completed in the same business day, but sometimes the process might take up to 7 business days or beyond.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
